The conference is hosted by the BOMA Georgia Foundation and powered by BOMA Georgia, with presenting sponsorship support from Valcourt Group. The annual conference attracts attendees from across the region seeking top-notch education and networking opportunities and participation in regional TOBY and awards competition. While at the conference, asset managers, property managers, facility managers, and building engineers will be looking for the latest products and services to help them operate and manage their buildings to increase ROI and return value to tenants and owners.

Can I earn continuing education credit?

The Southern Region Conference Friday education sessions are approved for 4 hours of continuing education credit from the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

Please be aware that there are no refunds after January 31, 2024. Refunds for cancellation prior to January 31, 2024 are subject to a 25% administrative fee. Registration fees must be paid in full to attend the conference. Individuals with balances due at the start of the conference will be required to pay the remaining balance or be denied entry into the conference, with no refunds for partial fees paid. Registration transfers are subject to a $100 administrative fee until April 29. Transfers not available starting April 30.
